Bistro Café

Okay I will be very honest here. Few things before I share my thoughts: I do live in New York where the food is fantastic everywhere because if you’re not, you will not survive. And second, I came here with an intention of really liking the food. I ordered one of their specials: Pastrami eggs Benedict, guabana juice and the $10 pistachio latte. The food was so mediocre that I almost didn’t believe because of the hype this place has. The bread was thick and DRY. The pastrami barely had juice and lacked flavor. Tomatoes didn’t even seem ripe enough. The latte’s presentation was incredible but it wasn’t a coffee drink, it was a sugar drink😂But I am not deducting any stars for the latte, because some people really love it (just like Starbucks’ matcha is too sweet for me because they premix it with sugar). But man that meal was so underwhelming, I can’t tell you how upset I am. My server was a very sweet lady and I knew that me crying to her wouldn’t really make a difference so I just mentioned that my food was dry, and I could see she got worried if that’s going to affect her tips. I tipped well and left. Personally, I won’t be back; maybe it was just my meal, but I’d rather try less hyped places in the area. 🤔

10/10, no notes! Everything was spectacular and so yummy! We had the Chapulin omelette, churro pancake, croissant jamon, and croissant cosa Rica. Service was immaculate as well. There was a short wait to be seated, but it was very much worth it!

This was the first time we came here on a recommendation from a server at another restaurant. It was a good recommendation. The food was tasty, served hot and plentiful. My friends and husband liked it as well. The bloody mary came with a piece of bacon. The waffles were fresh and combined with Nutella was sooooo good. The "Ruiz" was scrumptious. It was worth the 15 minute wait.

Bistro Cafe offers a truly remarkable dining experience. The menu is thoughtfully curated, and every dish we tried was exceptional—easily some of the best-tasting food we’ve had. While it is slightly on the pricier side, the quality more than justifies the cost and is well worth every penny. My wife ordered the lobster Benedict, which was outstanding, and I had an omelet with pancakes that exceeded expectations in both flavor and presentation. Every bite reflected attention to detail and high-quality ingredients. The service was equally impressive. Our waitress was attentive, knowledgeable, and provided excellent recommendations, enhancing the overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and fully intend to return before heading home. Highly recommended.

This restaurant is nothing short of an incredible experience. When I traveled to San Juan, we asked our Uber driver to drop us off for breakfast before our flight. He recommended bistro Café immediately. We did not know what to expect, but upon arrival, we immediately noticed the beautiful decor. After sitting down, we reviewed the menu which was provided in both English and Spanish. The menu had a wide selection for all palettes. Not only did it have a wide selection, it also had a QR code which brought you to the restaurants Instagram. Here you can find secret Items and you can see the portion sizes as well as the overall delivery before you order. I ordered the rancheros omelette and an iced caramel latte. Both exceeded my expectations by far. The taste was excellent, the portion was large, to the point where you could share it. The energy was enthusiastic Combined with the attentive wait staff. Now being home In Massachusetts, I have to face the reality that we don’t have an incredible restaurant like bistro Café.
