Hollywood Feed - Lake Highlands is certainly my pups favorite place to shop! We are always warmly welcomed into the store by all the employees and they do a great job highlighting new products, sales and flyers/promotions and our dog usually gets to sample a treat or two before we leave. Thank you for being knowledgeable, helpful and kind every time we visit! We will keep coming back and continue to tell friends and family about your store and offerings!

been to a few hollywood feeds and theyre all great! This one specifically though is the best! Rebecca is usually there when I go and she is always so helpful and nice! 10/10 recommend!

I love coming here with my dog. The employees always greet us & treat us so well. We found some great food for our dog that has sensitive GI issues. This particular brand is not sold anywhere else. I also love their return policy. If your dog doesn't like it, they'll take it back.

I recently started fostering a cat so I stopped in yesterday to get all the supplies I will need for her. Conner went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed. We walked through the store together going through my list and he made suggestions for what products would be best and what products I had not thought of. He is a cat guru and told me about what is helpful for him with his cat too. I was able to get what I needed and learn more about caring for my cat as well. I had a lot of fun too! Thank you to Conner and everyone at Hollywood Feed! I also hope the old cash register setup can come back, as it feels much more communal and approachable to be able to talk to someone at the register when coming in and checking out, instead of a sort of liminal checkout space.

What a gem of a pet store!! Met there to pick up a Frenchie Rescue from a 3rd Party Organization and was welcomed like family immediately-3 incredibly gracious and kind employees eager to help. And was my first time there… I had lots to buy to prepare for my new family addition-first pet in a new apartment. All 3 of the employees (Betty, Macy and Chloe) were extremely knowledgeable, generous with advice and provided a really practical list of items to consider for a new dog owner (80% overlap with my shopping list I had prepared having had dogs for over 50 years - but 20% of the list gems I had not considered)-and at no time, any inkling of up-selling or pushiness. Just sage advice Loaded me up with coupons, and then the 3 of them platooned to guide me to discounts on items I was choosing to buy and walk me through decisions on items I was not familiar with All the time I was in the store, simply kind, engaging and enthusiastic service. I can’t recall better/warmer/more genuine customer service in decades. Kudos!!
