Axolotl Planet

I recently ordered from Axolotl Planet and encountered a delay. They reached out to me in many forms from email to text. They also promptly replied to my text and kept great communication. The axolotl i recieved is very healthy and so adorable! Their website is full of information and they have everything you could need to raise an axolotl. I wouldn't think twice about shopping with these guys again! 10/10 fully recommended!

I ordered an axolotl online and tried emailing for guidance but there was no response. So if your preference is to communicate through email. This is not the place. I have tried everything and all advice from other owners to keep my axolotl alive and it keeps getting sicker. Its tubbed with daily water changes and fed daily. I thought this would be a safe place to buy because they have so much info and state if you have issues "contact us" I guess this isn't the place to buy if you are not local and cannot communicate face to face. Edit: I did email under this email. It was almost immediate after this review that I got a response.

I would recommend axolotl planet to anyone! Drew is very very knowledgeable and upfront about everything, the axolotls are healthy and very well taken care of. I got mine in December when I stopped by in person but my tank still needed a couple of weeks to be ready, drew moved my axolotl to another tank and held it for me! Once I got the baby, it was perfectly healthy! What started at 2.5 inches is now 4.5 inches and THRIVING! My next axolotl will come from axolotl planet and no where else. 10/10 stars from me. Zero complaints!

We had been looking to purchase one of these beautiful creatures but were so hesitant. Drew and his team were so helpful! They answered question after question with nothing but knowledge and patience. We got everything setup and brought the new baby home and our Axoltl is thriving!Thank you Drew and Team for all your help and for truly caring about the Axolotls and the people ❤️

I’m in disbelief at the ease of ordering axolotls from this company! They were communicative, fast, efficient and caring when it came to the packaging of our new junior axolotls!! I would give more stars if I could!
