I was referred to this specialist by my boyfriend’s boss, who had a wonderful experience here and now I completely understand why. My dog Piper has been dealing with complications following a tick-borne illness and needed more in-depth care beyond our (amazing) primary vet. From the very first phone call with Olivia at the front desk, I felt supported. When we arrived, we were kindly shown to our room and made to feel comfortable right away. Every vet tech we interacted with was thorough and compassionate. And Dr. Garrick was exceptional. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable and detailed, but also genuinely empathetic and mindful during a very stressful time for us. Today Piper had a CT scan, which made me extremely nervous. Once again, the entire team treated us with kindness, professionalism, and grace. From drop-off to pick-up and going over aftercare instructions, the experience could not have been better given the circumstances. I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews, because our experience has been nothing short of outstanding. This is one of the best veterinary experiences I’ve had, and we will absolutely continue Piper’s care here as she works through this illness. Thank you to everyone on the team, Piper and I are incredibly grateful!

I would not recommend this Vet hospital to any pet parents I know that love their pet. If it your only option PLEASE do your due diligence and possibly get a second opinion. While this hospital looks nice, the care as well as the communication were extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Staff were cold, dismissive, and often rude. I was made to feel like an inconvenience for asking basic questions. Very rushed and once you leave good luck ever getting ahold of them again. I'm not sure if these people have ever been trained on how to speak to pet parents that are learning most of this information for the first time. I was sent away with no appointment notes, findings, or clear prescription instructions were provided. And NEVER received them until I kept calling multiple times just to get information from my visit that I had forgotten or wanted to relay to the primary vet. Had to call about results multiple times before they were finally sent. If you do take your dog here please be weary because we are trusting these "doctors" with our fur babies. The doctor had extremely poor communication skills, came off mad and annoyed and showed no compassion for either my dog or me during an incredibly difficult time. This experience was already heartbreaking, and their lack of empathy made it worse. I left feeling dismissed, confused, and made to feel dumb for advocating for my pet by all parts of hospital staff, multiple times. I would strongly caution other pet parents--especially those dealing with serious diagnoses--to look elsewhere.

Had to take my dog here she had to stay overnight etc. The night time doctor and daytime doctor were both so great and patient and explained everything so well and gave updates throughout the night. All the staff were so amazing but I specifically wanted to shout out Oliver who was working at the front desk he was extremely kind and helped alot with explaining financing options etc and listened to our questions. His whole demeanor was very calming in a scary situation. Even when I called back tonight to ask a question about medication he remembered my dogs name and was extremely kind asked about her etc. He definitely has the soul for this kind of job. Eveyone we met was just so compassionate and kind. Thank you!

We can't say enough good things about this clinic and their amazing staff! We had to bring our dog in around midnight, and everyone we interacted with, from the front desk to the techs and the vet, was so kind, compassionate, and patient. Even that late at night, they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we knew how to help our dog get better once we got home. You can tell they truly care about both the pets and the people who love them. Our girl is back to her happy, playful self now, and we're so thankful for the wonderful care she received. Highly recommend this team, they truly went above and beyond for us!

Our sweet Rosie girl had to come here due to bleeding in her intestine from a medication. Everyone we encountered from the front desk to techs to doctors were all absolutely amazing. They truly cared about Rosie and her well being and wanted her to get better just as badly as we did. No matter how many times I called, everyone took time to talk to me about Rosie and how she was doing. They all answered my 100 questions I had every time. Every time I came to visit, they let us stay as long as possible. Hope I never have to recommend them to any of my friends and family but if I do, I would definitely recommend EVS and the staff.
