VEG ER for Pets

We’re not from the area, but we found ourselves rushing here early one morning due to a pet emergency, our baby Penny had pale gums and was vomiting blood. From the moment we arrived, we were met by one of the most friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring teams we’ve ever experienced. I truly mean it when I say that within about 15 minutes, they had already run tests, given us a preliminary diagnosis, and outlined a clear plan. We were able to stay by Penny’s side the entire time, and the team walked us through every step with patience and compassion. When we learned she needed a blood transfusion, they made sure we were comfortable right next to her throughout the process. Given how critical her condition was, the team closely monitored her, consistently checking her vitals while the doctor remained incredibly attentive to any changes. By the end of the day, Penny was up, walking, and even eating again. We are beyond grateful to this amazing team, they truly saved her life and gave us the greatest gift: walking out with our little girl by our side. A big thank you to Dr. Hayley & Shannon😊

I had a great experience here! Nurse Anna and Dr. Volkman took excellent care of my dog. They were very attentive and made the whole process quick and smooth. I really appreciated how they patiently answered all of my questions and explained everything clearly, which made me feel much more at ease. You can tell they truly care about their patients and their owners. Highly recommend!

VEG Frisco has always been there for my dog 24/7. Every time we went in, no matter if it’s a dog attack wound, explosive diarrhea, or urinary issues, we were always seen right away. The doctors and nurses gave my Charlie so much love which eased his anxiety at the vet tremendously (PLUS I GOT TO BE THERE WITH HIM THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS). I love VEG Frisco and will definitely return if i ever need them again!

We came in because our cat Elvis had a urinary blockage and was in severe pain. Without knowing what to expect and fearing for his life, they completely exceeded any standard I could’ve had. They offered to let us spend the night with our pet, stay with him through every procedure, were helpful through every call and even allowed us to visit at any point during his stay. I never imagined this could even be possible anywhere. Not only were the staff incredibly professional, kind, and caring of our fur baby but they were also understanding and helpful when it came to finance. I am happy to say I would trust them with any of my animals and recommend them in any case without a doubt.

Two weeks ago, we had a veterinary emergency with our pet Chip, our big boy. I asked in my neighborhood group where I could go and what they recommended, and many people pointed me to VEG Frisco. Our experience was truly amazing. From the moment we walked in at midnight with our baby feeling very ill, we were attended to immediately and always felt very comfortable and confident in the procedures they proposed. We were present and informed at all times. At the end of the diagnosis, they told us that Chip needed surgery, which was performed with complete professionalism. We were able to observe that it seemed like a modern concept that takes into account the care of pets and always includes their families, providing support. We were very satisfied and grateful to all the staff; they were extremely careful and professional.
