Sand Key Beach

It is one of the beaches to go to with the family and spend an extraordinary day, watching the sunset with the people you love most.

Sandkey Beach is another one of my favorite places. It's acres of park like grounds along the Gulf. The views and beach sand are impressive with white sand and beautiful shells to collect. If you're lucky you'll see dolphins, manatees or even sea turtles. I have been here several times and even when it's busy there's space for everyone. There's pavilions, trails and even a dog park inside. Parking is only $6 a day but be careful using the meters they have been hacked. Go directly to the website to pay and don't use the QR code and you'll be fine. A family destination that you'll absolutely love. No huge waves and plenty of sunshine. Enjoy 🐬🐦

Love that the cost of parking is for the day and not by the hour. Surprised at the different shell selection from Clearwater Beach. Whole different vibe from Clearwater Beach.

Great beach! Plenty of dolphins, pelicans, and other birds were around all afternoon. $6 to park all day. Restrooms and showers. This beach is located in a park and they do close it at 8pm.

This was a beautiful beach! There was ample parking (and it was only $6 for the day). Plus there were bathroom and outdoor showers. The beach was clean and spacious. And an added bonus was spotting a manatee! There was mention in some of the earlier reviews about it being a long walk to the beach from the parking lot, but we didn’t feel that way at all. Of course it’s all relative, but it didn’t feel extra long to us. I highly recommend Sand Key Beach. Not crowded at all, lots of parking, and clean!
