The best animal hospital on Staten Island, hands down! Dr Lynn and Dr Salemi did everything they could to take care of my baby boy. They listened without judgement and gave me honest advice that aligned with what we needed, (NOT like most other places that offer things you don’t actually need for money). My boy was in great hands in their care and I can’t thank them enough for the amazing service they provide. The front desk people (ALL OF THEM) are incredibly kind and helpful- they always helped me right away with a happy tone no matter how busy they were. I will never go anywhere else as long as Northside Animal Hospital is here.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Dr. Salemi cared for my rabbit, for several years, and during each visit he was compassionate, educational, just plain amazing. I had to put my baby girl to sleep this week but it was a decision I made without him pushing me to it... he gave me all the avenues that I could take if I wanted to but it was clear that it wouldn't have been a good quality of life for my 6 year old girl. He has NEVER, nor his office, pushed any "sales" on me and they offer lots to sell... this is the real deal. Care with compassion and dedication. If you love your fur babies, this is the place for you.

I was able to take my dog to this vet right away. He had a yeast infection and they accommodated him. The staff was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The vet told me the options I could take to get my dogs infection under control. They don't pressure you to spend a lot of money. They give you options and seem to really care about your animal's well being.

Dr. Salemi and his staff are gentle, patient and very thorough with my dog Kodak. I’m always informed about the best ways to care for him and keep him healthy. Everyone is also great with handling him when he gets agitated.

Dr. Salemi is an amazing doctor! Caring, kind, compassionate and understanding. He took such great care of my beloved cat, and in the end of her life as well. He is a very trustworthy doctor and I wouldn’t ever consider going anywhere else!
