Just got my dog Nola bathed and deshedded by KK and she did a phenomenal job!! Nola smells so good and is significantly shedding less (she’s a golden so her shedding before was crazy). Love how patient and caring KK is!! definitely will be booking with her again 💕

Seriously so impressed with the job KK did bathing my dog! She was super patient, attentive, and made the whole experience stress-free. My dog came back looking adorable, soft, and smelling amazing. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals and takes pride in her work. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and talented with pets! I definitely recommend KK if you want to get the best dog bath!

Recently, when my very senior cat was experiencing her last days with us, she was always hungry - but nothing seemed to taste good. I went on a relentless search to find something she would eat. The (then) Saturday evening team of William and Emily, over several weekends, made thoughtful suggestions, helped me choose foods to try...and just listened. I will be forever grateful for their kindness during that challenging time.

Clean store, manager and assistant manager are great. However, took my dog for a walk in toe nail trim. The girl that started her nails looked like a drug addict. On nail number 2 of grinding, my dog yelped. I have been taking her to get her nails done for her whole 5 years of life. Never one yelp. She then stopped mid way through to talk to some guy about “maybe knowing how to dye some of my red white and blue stars into his golden”. After that she started doing my dogs front nails. The lead around her neck was too tight and she didn’t realize because she wasn’t paying attention. She was doing one front paw and the other wasn’t making contact with the table, essentially, my dog wasn’t breathing right. She also hit my dogs paw pad with the grinder. I’m not sure if it was the terrible fake lashes she glued to her eye or some drug she was on… but NEVER will I take my dog back there.

Love this place and so do all my girls. All the people are great and the hair stylist for my girls are awesome! KK absolutely goes above and beyond for all my girls, every single time! They trust her completely, and so do I! You should definitely take your fur babies to the Friendswood location! They always take care of you and your babies!
