I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Petco grooming. I booked an appointment ahead of time to have my dog groomed. When we arrived, the groomer said they didn’t feel comfortable grooming her which I completely understand. If someone isn’t comfortable, that’s fine. What bothered me was the way it was handled. Instead of simply explaining that they weren’t able to proceed, I was told they had other dogs and essentially couldn’t accommodate us. That was frustrating, especially since I had a scheduled appointment. It made me feel like my time wasn’t respected. Even if a full groom wasn’t possible, I would have appreciated some effort to offer a partial service, like brushing her down, since we were already there but mentioning other appointments is a slap in the face. As if I didn’t value my time traveling over here.
Very unhappy with this store. Had a problem with cats stopped eating Science diet and manager suggested Nulo. Bought a bag and cans. cats did not like Two flavors of can. Manager said would exchange for other flavors to try. Took back 6 cans two flavors for exchange. Clerk and manager on duty said I would owe a balance since bought on sale previously. Poor customer service and I am a rewards member. Suggest taking your business to PetSmart.
We went in for some hairball treatment for our cats and left with a bearded dragon!! We had ZERO prior knowledge on how to take care of the thing but the general manager Crawford took close to an hour explain how we take care of it and gave us amazing recommendations on exactly what we needed to get to keep the bearded dragon cozy!! AMAZING customer service!! We will absolutely be coming back.
Unfortunately, I had to make a return of dog food that was not good. First I called to see what the process would be and the person on the phone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The cashier was very helpful when I took the bag back into the store and did an exchange. I really like the service that you can order online and then pick up in the store as early as 30 minutes after your call depending on how busy they are. Get has never been over one hour before I was notified my item was ready for pick up. And they always offer to load my purchase into my car
