PetSmart Grooming

They're not friendly at all, so be careful. When you're there, they treat your pets well, but when you're not around, they treat them badly. They also say you can come in for nail trims without an appointment, and then the next day they say you can't; they have to arrange it beforehand.

Amy did an excellent job with my 11 year old dog! She was attentive, asked thoughtful questions, and offered helpful suggestions based on my dog’s age and health. I truly appreciate her care and professionalism!

Catherine and Josey have been great as my two dogs groomers. I also am very impressed with their professionalism listening to my requests, implementing them and the gentleness as they groom my dogs.

Went to Petsmart in Gresham today to get initial batch of fish for recently acquired aquarium. The really nice young lady working the fish section, Shelby, was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Sure hope she is there when we go back to get more fish in a few days.

Love this place for grooming my lil Parti Yorkie. She's always happy and prancy when I pick her up.
