Deb, the cashier, went above and beyond on customer service! I asked her to briefly hold my dogs and she did it with kindness and cheer. You don’t see this everyday and I am so grateful. Great job, Deb!!

I love going to this location! Clean, friendly, and always has what we need. I've been going here for the past 2 years with my dog. Neely (as noted on the receipt) was so helpful and kind! He had a big smile and when he saw my dog, he told me to hold on and gave her some free treats. I thanked him and said this is so special because it's her birthday! He told me to hold on once more and gave her another special treat! This has never happened before. Neely was such a blessing for my dog's special day. :) Petco, please recongize him for his kindness to people and animals alike. (Also I hope this is his name. I visited on 4/20 around 1pm.)

Took my 12 lb dog in to get some toys for Christmas. He picked out 2 plush squeaker toys and 1 crinkle toy with 2 squeakers. He loves them all. Love this store. Staff is friendly.

The store itself was well-organized and had a great selection, but it was Mia's exceptional customer service that truly made the visit special. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and well-informed. Thanks to Mia, I left with the perfect products for my dog and a huge smile on my face.
