I made an honest review about this vet practice and the way the business responded was so condescending and I would like a chance to rebuttal, so I have enclosed pictures of the original review I made, their response, and here is my rebuttal. Please keep in mind I had already spent close to 200 dollars for this "allergy" diagnosis, that was INCORRECT. First yes, your office did tell me I could bring in the bugs i was pulling out of my dogs, but also said that if you can't identify it by looking at it with your eyes it will be 200 to 300 dollars to send it off to the lab. I already spent 200 on a misdiagnosis, so yes i declined. Next point, i did tell you that pest control didn't see anything, so I just had them spray for fleas and mites. They didn't know what it was, and I DEFINITELY TOLD YOU. As I mentioned in my first review my appointment was rescheduled with my infectious disease doctor, so apparently when you guys saw the negative review you decided to get defensive (red flag, that means you know you did me wrong) instead of reading the entire review you picked pieces of it to make me look like I declined services offered, and didn't see where i said my appointment was rescheduled with the infectious disease doctor, so how can i give you results from my infectious disease doctor when I don't see him until today at 330? I clearly said that in my first review, but apparently my review wasn't fully read, or you wouldn't have even mentioned test results from a doctor that I haven't even gotten yet. Also I was offered apoquel for allergies and I had a dog previously that had cancer and I didn't know it, and was giving him apoquel for allergies and he died faster bc if your dog has existing cancer or a history of it, apoquel will make the cancer come back or worsen, so I told your office that I did not know if my two dogs i have now have cancer and that was why i declined the apoquel. So YES I ABSOLUTELY DECLINED all the things you had offered me, bc I had already came to your office and spent almost 200 dollars on a misdiagnosis, despite my efforts to convey there was still a problem going on. And on the BAD side, the bravecto is DEFINITELY NOT treating the specific problem I have because I am still getting bit, my dogs are still being bit, despite my all my efforts and money i have spent. Please refer to the screenshots i have added to get the original review I made, and their response.

I did not get to go inside with my kitten because of staffing shortages. But everyone was extremely nice. The Dr called me to tell me all the details of my visit and gave me plenty of information on how to treat my little guy. They asked me a budget so I wouldn't go over which was a new one for me. If it weren't for the fact that I was not allowed to go in I would have given them 5 stars

These people were so kind and amazing. The only reason I give 3 stars is because I was told they couldn’t honor my dogs dapp vaccine that was good for 3 years and gave it without my consent and also charged me an additional $24 dollars because my dog gave a hard time to cut her nails. The service was supposed to be $15 and I wasn’t told this surcharge exists when i explicitly mentioned she didn’t like her nails trimmed. I think it’s a little ridiculous that the charge is almost double the service. Paid about $60 more than I should’ve

Dr. Geiger, Jennifer, & the rest of the team at CAH are the best!!! 3/5 (Snoop, Emmy, & Max) of my dogs are seen here for vet care & they are always well taken care of! If your pup needs vaccinations, teeth cleanings/extractions, has/gets ear infections, and/or needs to be spayed/neutered, etc. this is the BEST place to go!!! They truly care about their clients & will give you honest advice regarding your pups health! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else other than CAH! Thank you for all you guys do!❤️

Dr. Geiger and the team at Cumberland animal hospital Fayetteville are absolutely fantastic! They treated my cat, Drake with the utmost care and compassion, taking the time to explain everything clearly ( being as though I’m a first time cat owner it was so nice to feel I have a team on my side) and address any concerns I have. Their gentle handling puts my nervous kitty at ease, and I truly feel like they are invested in his well-being.
