I’ve had multiple dogs and cat spayed and neutered over the years through their program that they run through their Robeson County clinic. They almost always have heavy discounts on the services. Always professional, never had a complication from the surgery. Their intake person Kody is awesome, very friendly, and can tell she has a passion for her job and animals. Highly recommend.

I have gone out to their clinic in Vass for years for all of the dogs I have had since I was a kid. I was super excited that they had finally opened a clinic in Fayetteville for me to take my dogs to. I truly appreciate what they do and my family has trusted them with our dogs for years. I am bringing my own dog here finally with the expectations of the same great service. This far I have only dropped off my dog but their check-in/drop-off process can use some tweaking. We sat in the car for 45 minutes after being told in the front to wait in our car for someone to check us in. We finally had to flag someone down who came over and asked if we have been checked in yet. After they finally checked us in, we then had to wait outside another 15 minutes for someone to come out and get our dog (it is currently 23°). I would recommend maybe having the employees that are checking-in give the cars a placard to put on their dashboard once they have been checked in. That way other employees know who has and has not been checked in yet, it provides for better communication when you can't necessarily stop and talk with each other. The placard would also indicate which dogs are ready to be picked up still. This prevents a bunch of dogs from having to be outside in a small, heavy traffic parking lot. Edit: Pick-up was a breeze. We were able to interact with the staff and ask some questions (unfortunately we were unable to this morning as check-in they seemed more disorganized). They were all very knowledgeable and thorough. They explained everything well and were incredibly friendly. They went through everything we need to do on our end for our dog and took their time to make sure we understood. This is still the only place I will go to get my pets spayed/neutered, I will just have to mentally prepare for the headache of the check-in process more in the future.

Amazing service! Kody is incredible! Absolute best place to get your dog or cat spayed or neutered! The entire staff is kind, caring and very knowledgeable, plus they offer wellness care.❤️ At least go get one of their super cool T-shirts that say “Fix Your Freaking Cats!” 😻

Vaccinate ahead of time!! I had two of my cats spayed here and while the surgeries went perfectly and the clinic was clean and professional, both cats caught calicivirus which resulted in a long day at the emergency vet on Thanksgiving. Both of my cats had been vaccinated ahead of time and while they still caught it, it could have been so much worse. One cat had to have around the clock care for several days. Unfortunately it can have side effects for life. Please note that calicivirus is incredibly contagious and while I do not blame the clinic, I would advise people to vaccinate ahead of time and do not bring sick cats in to be fixed.

Kody has been explanatory and helpful every time I have brought in a cat I am having spayed or neutered. Although, I got off on the wrong foot in the beginning with another employee, Kody has encouraged me to keep trusting them. I have since brought in 3 other cats that have been fixed. The fourth I brought in was too soon and that was explained to me in detail. I was in (Human) Health Care for over 35 years, other Customer Service related jobs over 15yrs and truly understand great Customer Service, politeness and education of clients/customers and over all empathy for people. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all you and your coworkers do to support this mission that is so needed in Cumberland County. Kudos especially to Kody!
