Dowlen Road Veterinary Center

We have been using Dowlen Road Vet for over 20 years. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. All of our pets are very special to us but Pippa has an extra special place in our hearts. Dr Hurych always takes time with her and answers all of our questions and he is her favorite veterinarian.

i had to put down one of my childhood cat and they were the sweetest, sympathetic vet i’ve ever been too. They let me say goodbye and all of the workers at the front desk wished me well. I got her ashes back the next day with a little paw print

This is my 2nd time to go here. The first time was to get our rescue cat spayed. I liked the fact that what they said the price would be, that was it & not a penny more. I’ve used other vets who tell you a price for a spay then when you pick up the animal it is much more. I appreciate their transparency. Just recently I brought in a sick kitten, everyone was so kind & compassionate. I wish I could remember their names. The assistant who helped me in the room was absolutely amazing & so sweet. When the vet came in, she was very thorough & explained everything very well. I had a lot of questions & they never seemed annoyed, they really took their time to listen & did not rush. They truly cared. I love the facet you get a message after your visit to check in on your baby. Everyone’s the sweetest, from scheduling, front desk, they are all so friendly.

The staff were incredibly kind and patient, and they took great care to explain everything clearly. They kept me updated while both my fur babies were getting spayed and neutered. I felt confident my babies were in good hands.

I have taken my last two dogs here. The first a female chiweenie. She lived to be 14 years old, they even took care of her on her last day. I now have a 2 year old male husky mix. He has seen them for everything since we rescued him at 3 months old. They are just as wonderful and patience with him as they were with her.
