Our experience at Petland Frisco was amazing, and it was all thanks to Aarti. We actually didn’t even plan on getting a puppy that day—we just stopped in to look and learn a little more about the process. As first-time dog owners, we had a lot of questions and weren’t sure what to expect. Aarti’s customer service was exceptional from the very beginning. She took the time to walk us through everything in a way that was clear, patient, and never overwhelming. She explained the entire process step by step and made something that seemed complicated feel very simple and manageable. Her patience and willingness to answer every question we had really stood out. What made the experience even better was how knowledgeable and passionate she is about what she does. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people understand how to properly care for their new pets. She made sure we felt comfortable, confident, and fully informed before making any decisions. Because of Aarti’s guidance and incredible customer service, what started as us just “looking around” turned into us confidently bringing home our new puppy. It’s rare to find someone who is both so professional and so passionate about their career. I truly wish there were more people like Aarti in customer service. She made the entire experience positive, smooth, and memorable for us. 🐶

Conor helped my daughter pick out a dog for her birthday and the entire experience was incredible. He really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find a breed that was low maintenance, family friendly, and perfect for a household with kids. At the same time, he made sure the dog had the kind of personality that would really bond with my daughter. He walked us through all the details about the breed, temperament, and care so we felt fully prepared and confident bringing our new puppy home. What could have been an overwhelming decision actually felt thoughtful and exciting because of how patient and knowledgeable Conor was. My daughter is completely in love with her new dog, and we are so grateful for the help he gave us.

We purchased our miniature poodle from Petland in Frisco and had a wonderful experience from the start. After bringing our new fur baby home, we decided to take advantage of the complimentary training they offer. We worked with Caio, and he was fantastic. He guided us through each step of the training process, answered all of our questions, and made sure he understood exactly what we wanted to focus on. His hands-on approach made the sessions both helpful and enjoyable. Our little pup, Riley, was always so excited to see him! While we hated to give up our training spot, Caio had already done such a great job that we felt confident continuing Riley’s training at home. His methods were very consistent, which made it easy for us to keep working with Riley between sessions, and Riley picked things up quickly. Because of that, we decided to pass our slot along to another new fur baby owner so they could benefit from the same great experience.

I got my fur baby from Petland Frisco, and while the journey hasn’t been perfect, I can genuinely say this experience changed my life in the best way. From the moment I met my puppy, I knew she was meant to be mine. She has brought so much love, comfort, and joy into my life during a season where I truly needed it. The staff was kind and supportive throughout the process and took the time to answer my questions. Being a new pet parent comes with a learning curve, and I appreciate the guidance and information they provided to help me care for her properly. No experience is without challenges, but what matters most to me is the unconditional love I gained. My puppy is family now, and I’m grateful for the role Petland Frisco played in bringing her into my life. I wouldn’t trade her for anything 🐾🩷
