Petco

This is the best Petco I have ever been to. Diana is a great new addition to the team. She was informative and helpful with my questions. The Petco on Park Blvd. is also good.

I love the grooming team at this Petco. Especially, Lori, she is outstanding with my fur baby. Trust me my fur baby is not easy to manage. Lori always welcome him with open arms and makes me feel like a proud mommy! Special shout out to our groomer Lori, we will follow you to the moon and back.

Gene was amazing and went above and beyond in assisting us with all of our fishy needs. Thank you SO much for all of your help Gene, and for making us feel so comfortable shopping. He let us ask him hundreds of questions in regards to fish and he maintained a fantastic attitude the entire time. You are FANTASTIC!!! Gene truly is a gem!!

I placed an online order, I call to confirm it’s ready. The guy says yes, so I’m heading there. I get an email saying it’s out of stock. I call back and I complain the same guy asking why he told me it was ready then. The guy should not be answering phones for one. Second, they have the wrong person on online orders if he does not know the protocol when handling them and speaking to customers. Least neighborly pet store I’ve been to, remains so.

I absolutely love Petco all of their employees are super dog friendly and they always love on my French bulldog his name is Winston. They have pretty much anything you need for your dog and toys and just anything imaginable for any type of pet I would highly recommend going into the store the customer experience is second to none and I will keep coming back, referring my friends and family. I do need to get his nails groomed but I keep emailing them and their times not working out compared to when I am able to take a man but besides that they are stellar.
