After trying to find restaurants open during the day, that might be good our group finally gave up at an Italian spot. We decided to walk to the first available, open location and it was bar taco. I had to say I was pleasantly surprised at how great the food was. We tried many different tacos on their menu and all of them were great. Our server Jose and the woman whose name we didn’t catch were excellent and very hospitable. I will definitely be going back before we leave. The restaurant atmosphere was perfect. Stylish bit over the top like chain restaurants. I highly recommend trying this restaurant out.

I must say- this place was an amazing experience! The place is very nice to begin with along with amazing staff! We had an amazing server (I believe her name was Paula) who explained everything very well, was on top of everything, and incredibly kind! We got chips, carne asada tacos, duck tacos, and fish tacos. My husband usually isn’t a fish or duck person, yet really liked them! The carne asada was very yummy! We also got the churros which were amazing! They gave both a chocolate and vanilla sauce, and both were fantastic! We loved how the food tasted fresh and you can tell it was made from scratch! We will definitely be back! Best tacos we’ve had in Orlando!

My latest food venture was to Orlando to Bartaco. If you've never been, it's definitely a place you want to try. The setting is casual but the food is definitely upscale on every level. We started with the Chips and Salsa which came with Guacamole, Rojas and Verde sauce and to drink we had the Ginger Mint Tea which is definitely enough for 2 people...FANTASTIC! Our dinner order was Chicken Taco Soup served with lime, Oyster and Duck tacos, Pork Belly Rice Bowl & the Korean BBQ Rice Bowl. The Soup was moderately spiced, which was offset by the fruitiness of the lime and was way better than any I've had in the past. My partner had the Oyster and Duck soft shell tacos which were flavorful and the perfect bites just before our rice bowls. I had the Pork Belly Rice bowl which is served with a kimchee and the rice is formed into a round and seared on all sides in a slightly sweet and spicy sauce which holds it together. Incredible is the only thing I can say. My partner had the Korean BBQ Rice bowl which was served with kimchee over a brown rice and was light and delicious as well. We finished off dinner splitting the Tres Leches (sorry I forgot to take pictures of that one). It was perfectly milky and slightly sweet (most I've had in the past at other places have been overpowingly sweet) and the perfect end to a great dinner. If you have the chance, visit Bar Taco at 7600 Dr Phillips Blvd, Orlando Florida. Ask for Manager David as he loves to hear your feedback so that he can help serve all Bartaco patrons with excellence and create not only a perfect meal, but a culinary experience you can rave about!

I went to bartaco for lunch with a friend and had such a great experience. We started with the ceviche as an appetizer, and it was fresh, light, and full of flavor — the perfect way to start the meal. For tacos, we tried a few, and the pork belly taco was hands down my favorite — so good, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. The Baja taco was my second favorite, fresh and delicious. We also had the asada taco, which was very good, but the pork belly and Baja tacos definitely stood out more. The drinks were great too. I had a margarita, and it was delicious and refreshing. We also tried the churros for dessert, which were good — a nice way to end the meal, though the tacos definitely stole the show. The atmosphere was really nice, the service was great, and the place was clean — including the restrooms, which I always appreciate. Overall, everything from the food to the drinks to the vibe made it a great time. I’ll definitely be back.

I will dream of Bar Taco until I can go back! The pork belly with crispy fried rice was the bombdiggity schnizzle!! Best pork belly dish I have ever had, and that's saying something. The tacos were all scrumptious. Management checked on us multiple times and kept the drinks filled. Wonderful atmosphere, phenomenal food quality especially for the price and great service!
