Ivanna provided absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! She was friendly, attentive, professional, and made us feel truly welcomed. She checked on us regularly, had a great attitude the entire time, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about guests the way she does. Because of Ivanna, our experience was exceptional. Thank you for the amazing hospitality — we will definitely be coming back!

I went to Bocas Grill & Bar recently, and the experience was exceptional, largely thanks to Franceska. From the moment I sat down, her energy and professionalism stood out. She wasn't just taking orders; she was curateing an entire dining experience. The food was incredible—everything from the Picanha to the signature arepas was seasoned to perfection and served hot—but it was Franceska’s service that truly elevated the meal. She has an intuitive sense of timing, ensuring drinks were never empty and checking in at exactly the right moments without being intrusive. Her deep knowledge of the menu and her genuine recommendations made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. It is rare to find someone who balances efficiency with such a warm, welcoming personality. Franceska is clearly an asset to the Bocas Grill team and represents the brand at the highest level. If you are looking for leadership material within your staff, look no further. She deserves every bit of recognition (and a promotion!) for the world-class service she provides. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be asking for her section!

The food was delicious. Burgers especially the Venezuelan one was yum. Favourite burger so far in Orlando. Chips were good and the meats were good nothing amazing but solid. I liked the juiciness of the chicken. Drinks were also nice and the sides too. Mash just not my style has a bit too much cream. Would come again and the price was great. The special was the three burgers and fries for $35!

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately the food was very bland. I ordered the lomo saltado, and having had great lomo saltado before, this was definitely not it. It lacked flavor and was overall disappointing. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due. Our server, Vanessa, was absolutely amazing. I shared my concerns about the food with her, and she handled everything with kindness and professionalism. She was attentive, friendly, and truly made the experience better despite the food quality. I was hesitant to try the churro after the meal, but Vanessa encouraged me to give it a chance and even brought it out. I’m glad she did because the churro was actually very good. Vanessa deserves major props for her excellent service and positive attitude. Unfortunately, while the service was great, the food just wasn’t worth returning for.

Our meal was great and extremely fast. Manoli was an excellent server. He was quick, polite, and attentive. The food had generous portions. If we had any complaint, it was that the food was just slightly saltier than we liked it. But that may have been a preference thing. We would still gladly return!
