We have used Furology for over two years. They are kind, compassionate, and offer great service! My Persian cat Twinkie is treated like royalty and feels handsome with his lion cut!! I highly recommend!!!

Furology stands out as the best pet grooming service in the Triangle for several reasons. First, Beth and Annie are outstanding professionals—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. Second, no kennels, no long waits. Appointments are scheduled so your pet goes straight in at the designated time. When grooming is almost complete, they text you 15–20 minutes before pickup, ensuring your pet spends minimal time away from you. Third, extra care and attention. Recently, Annie noticed that my dog, Patou, had a mild ear infection that I hadn’t detected. Thanks to her observation, I scheduled a vet visit immediately—and she was absolutely right! Furology combines expertise with compassion, making every visit stress-free for both pets and owners. If you’re looking for the best grooming experience in the Triangle, this is it! :) 5 stars!

I’ve been taking my dog to Anne for many years and can’t say enough good things. My dog can be pretty anxious and struggles with separation anxiety, but he’s always so excited to see Anne—which tells me she loves on him just as much as I do. She’s also been incredibly accommodating with my not so consistent schedule, which I really appreciate since it’s hard for me to keep a standing appointment. That flexibility has been a lifesaver, especially around holidays and trips. On top of that, she keeps him well trimmed, even when we got a bit longer between cuts and he ends up with a bit of matting, and she also offers great advice on adjusting his cut for the winter and summer months to keep him (and me!) comfortable. Plus I do love the little touches of new accessories (like this bandana) he comes home with every once in a while.

Excellent customer service, procedure, and output! My 16 year old cat is a bit nervous and Beth took the time to get as much done while respecting my cat’s boundaries! Very recommended to all those with the need for a quiet environment and attention to detail!
