Kingdom Pet Hospital & House Calls

I used Kingdom Pet hospital about a year ago after my other vet charged me a crazy amount of $ to then have to rush to urgent care who said she would need a $10,000 MRI to diagnose her. She was in so much pain and I really thought she was paralyze and not going to make it. I called Kindgom pet and it was at a point I really thought I was calling them to put Sophie down because she was so disabled and in pain and the vet was so kind and after examining her said let’s switch these meds and she how she improves they called or texted me almost every day or two checking in her within a couple of weeks the improvement was amazing and she was able to start walking on her own again in just a few weeks - they honestly saved her live and I am so grateful!!

I had such a positive experience at Kingdom Pet Hospital! The facility is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the staff took their time to truly understand my cat’s needs and made us feel completely comfortable. I really appreciated how they focused on my cat’s overall well-being and gave great recommendations. I never felt rushed and felt genuinely heard and supported throughout the visit. It’s clear the team truly cares about animals and their owners. I’m so grateful for their compassion and professionalism and fully trust them with my cat’s care. Highly recommend!

I was introduced to Dr. Williams and Michael from a close friend . It has been such a blessing knowing these wonderful, caring people. Dr. Williams has been there for us through our dog Grande's illness, and our cat Ben, who recently we had to put down because of a blood clot. Dr. Williams went above and beyond to help us through this sad time. Ben was my best friend and will be truly missed. I can't say enough words about these people, and the staff at their hospital. Thank you for the great experience we had at your modern pet animal hospital in Gibsonton.  Unfortunately, we were there to have our 13 year old Sheltie euthanized due to very painful bladder cancer. We did not want him to suffer any longer, although it was extremely difficult to let him go.  It was best for him and we had no choice. Dr. Jenese Williams was such a pleasurable veterinarian and she put my husband and I at peace. I could not ask for a more comfortable room with a better environment for what we had to do. It was as good as being at home with a lounge couch to sit on with Jesse.  Dr. Williams and her wonderful, empathetic staff including the Manager, her husband, were the best possible company throughout the process.  You have our everlasting and full hearted thanks!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting the staff at this new vet clinic and I must say, they are absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. Dr Williams is an amazing person, a very knowledgeable and caring vet. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. She was gentle and patient with my 2 boys, making sure they were comfortable throughout the examination. The vet techs were also fantastic, handling them with so much care and affection. Overall, I couldn't be more impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise displayed by the staff at this vet clinic. I feel confident and at ease knowing that my puppies will be in excellent hands from now on! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality veterinary care for their furry friends.
