After a traumatic experience at another clinic where we lost our cat, Nalita, we feel incredibly lucky to have found Family Animal Hospital. They have completely changed our perspective on veterinary care. Dr. Anna is truly amazing—she is brilliant, kind, deeply compassionate, and constantly goes above and beyond. When our boy cat, Simbita, started to vomit, Dr. Anna promptly started a workup. Initially, we were hoping it was just IBD, but it ended up being lymphoma. Throughout that incredibly tough diagnosis, we felt so supported. Dr. Anna guided us through the entire process with so much grace and followed through every step of the way, taking wonderful care of him until the very end. Going through a loss is never easy, but the support we felt here made it a completely different experience. The standard of care across the board is outstanding. Even when Dr. Anna wasn’t available, we saw Dr. Bertolo who was also very kind and attentive. Both doctors genuinely take the time to personally call you and answer every question you have. Everyone at this clinic is completely on top of it, from the warm front desk staff to the wonderful vet techs. You can tell they all genuinely care. They are currently managing the care for our senior dog Blacky, and we are receiving that same exceptional treatment. I cannot recommend Family Animal Hospital enough. They are a rare find.

Everyone at Family Animal Hospital from the front desk staff to the entire team is incredibly friendly, compassionate, caring and helpful. They truly make you and your pets feel comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend.

We’ve been bringing our American bulldog Maggie since 2019 when she was under a year and have been going ever since! The care, compassion and transparency are always appreciated…Maggie likes the treats too! Lol The explanation of prices and not forcing or adding things that aren’t necessary is definitely a plus. We’ve seen all the vets there at different times and they’re all great!

There are not enough words to thank Family Animal Hospital for the love and compassion they showed our sweet Nestle. 💔 From the moment we walked in, they treated her like she was their own. A special thank you to Dr. Anna and Dr. Bertolo, whose kindness, gentleness, and genuine care meant everything to us during one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make. They didn’t just care for Nestle medically—they cared for all of us emotionally. They gave us time, comfort, and the dignity our girl deserved in her final moments. We will forever be grateful for the way they loved on our Nuggy and helped us say goodbye with peace and compassion. If you’re looking for a place that truly treats your pets like family, this is it. 🤍🐾 Thank you for everything.

Probably one of the best vet places. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and they are top notch with diagnosis and customer care. We had a dog who was old and got sick, and unfortunately wasn't a thing he could make it back from. They did the best they could to make his last day special by giving him a special chocolate treat plate before it happened. After he cross the rainbow bridge, they didnt hurry us along or push us out of the room, they checked on us, and made us feel special too. They listen to us, hear the concerns, and diagnose accordingly on all of our pets. They don't rush into anything, do tests and not presume anything, and I feel that they have us and the pets best interests at heart. The Doctors and the professional staff are very nice, and have good people skills, as well as the knowledge of animals. It's everything from routine shots to emergency situations, they always make us feel welcome, cared for, and a member of their family. They may not be the cheapest, but I do feel that the quality of there work is excellent.
