Vetco Total Care

Very unprofessional. Didn't tell us what they needed us to bring prior to visit bc they wanted to charge extra for things that've already been done. Also the nurse was very rude and had a huge attitude. I would suggest going anywhere but here for ur pets. The nurse was the rudest person of all and had me so angry I had to walk out. She very rudely told me and inflated price when she walked out the first time. Then told me i could leave and come back a different day bc they didn't tell me to bring the proof of rabies vaccine when it was just done 2 months prior. She told me they had to administer it anyways and didn't care what that would do to my poor kitty. I wouldn't trust my animal with them at all. If they treat me that way I can only imagine how they treat my cat when I'm not around.

Horrible bedside manner dr. gray was one of the worst veterinary doctors I've ever dealt with in my entire life will never be taking my pets here ever again. I understand if my puppy has something but I am entitled to options she is just a huge bully telling me my puppies were extremely sick and could die. I've had dealt with deworming my dogs before but her bullying you just to pay their overpriced products is ridiculous and in front my children in fact. Leaving me with a worrysome car ride home my children thinking theyre dogs are going to die. This was a ridiculous visit if I can chose to not rate them I would!

I only wish I could leave a ten star review. This Vetco is the absolute BEST! I live in Huntsville and am so thankful that I found this Vetco in Conroe. I brought my two Maltipoo dogs in and the DVM that saw them was the best I have ever had handle my dogs. The tech and receptionist were also terrific. I can't recomend this facility enough. PLUS, I travel and I am able to order my Petco Multi Advantage by mail instead of having to go inside a vet's office and wait for an hour to be seen and then be told that they don't approve onlline orders. THIS FACILITY IN CONROE IS THE PLACE TO GO. It is clean, and you will be treated with respect and so will your animal(s).

The vet and staff were awesome, and took very good care of our furries. Their pricing has gone up even with the Vital Care Premier membership, but seems to be better than others. I left with a bitter taste though as they charged me for a heart worm test I did not needed. We had a refill for one of my pups from the last test done a few months ago, but ended up paying an extra $140 just because the front person told me they wouldn’t sign off on the refill if the pharmacy called to validate. Upon calling the pharmacy they dispatched the med having the prescription on file without needing to check with them at all, so shame on me for not doing that beforehand… but still sour about that experience as they could’ve been more helpful or perhaps tell me it wasn’t necessary since I already had a valid prescription, in my opinion. Vet care is expensive and oftentimes we rely on the staff to make decisions for the wellbeing of our animals. That’s why I left unhappy this time around as I feel this person was more in line with the profit to the company than with getting my dogs well served.

I was nervous bringing my pet in, who wasn’t feeling 100%, but everyone was very kind and gentle with him. Dr. Staples was wonderful, explained what was done, and was really helpful with her treatment recommendations. She was even kind enough to call the next day to check on him and report his lab results! I would definitely consider returning to this location if I ever needed to again! They were also very kind to work with my budget!
