(from Google)Very peaceful we took our electric bike and happened upon this by accident, but it’s right off of 34. It’s got a great spot for biking and some statues. I took a video and some pictures. It’s got picnic tables public bathroom, a decent park and there’s not a lot of people here would be a great place to take the family for a picnic.
Has a 1 mile loop for walking or running. I do 3 times around and that's good for me. Park is clean. No restrooms but there's an area where they have a portable potty but I think it's seasonal. Still a good place to walk.
A nice park in Greeley with a great historic story oh how it came to be. Nice natural area trails and large grass areas. A pond with a "dock", covered picnic tables, and playground make up the center. Memorial benches and art are found around the trails. Great view of Long's Peak and Meekers and South Platte River Valley. While most of park is bordered by the neighborhood, highway 34, a paved path and then fence make up The south boundary and adds highway traffic noise to a wonderful nature/city park.
