I don’t even know where to begin , I just want to start with this was the most AMAZING experience. He is very well groomed and smells AMAZING, I’m not sure what shampoo scent is used but I just know I can’t get enough of it XD My dog was matted but the groomers were very informative, able to handle my dog who is temperamental and were overall extremely PLEASANT!! My furball came back looking like a completely different dog and i mean that in the most amazing way. I have another dog that I will refuse to get groomed anywhere else moving forward. Lastly, the price… the price actually had me SHOCKED. The prices here are 100% different from any other estimate I received. It was so affordable !!!! Between the service and prices, I refuse to book anywhere else moving forward. If xclusive pets has no availability then my dogs will not be getting cut that day, they will have to wait until they have an open appt, that’s how great the service was. Mr. Kobe is happy with his cut and so am I 100/10, they even gave my dog a cute little nickname which I will now be using as his nickname because it is TOO adorable XD

Amazing !!!!!! they did an amazing job on my Maltese Bella and she is one tuff cookie so the fact that they did everything so perfect I was honestly shocked I would definitely recommend them her nails was cut perfectly the hair cut was perfect no cuts on my dog and she smelled amazing I will be booking these guys forever lol thank you so much

I feel like I just had to leave this Review. I groomed my girl almost 2 weeks ago. She smelled and looked amazing btw. But as she is boarding at her doggy hotel they sent me this pic and kept giving her compliments for her smell and looks. We asked the groomer to do a stylish summer-ish haircut for our Standard Schnauzer and he recommended that we try the actual breed haircut which we will try on our next visit. thank you for caring for my fur baby 🩷🎀

He did an Excellent job on my Little Mama. She was so nervous being the fact it was her 1st time. She looks so good still and it's been over a week. I'm going to school now for groom, and don't no other than Nelson to be my mentor. Thanks for everything.

I just want to thank Nelson for the amazing job he did with my dog, Thaly. This was her very first haircut, and let me tell you, she was NOT easy to manage 😅. I have no idea how he did it, but Nelson worked his magic and somehow finished her haircut in the estimated time. Thaly looks absolutely adorable, like a little teddy bear! She came out smelling so nice too. I couldn’t be more grateful for how patient, kind, and skilled Nelson was throughout the process. He was so nice and willing to make sure everything went smoothly.
