Great service and friendly personnel

I am new to Ponce and in the last few years, I had to take my dogs to different vets and I say this by far is the best. The staff is super friendly. The vet is excellent. The service was fast and on time. The prices were great. They didn’t overcharge me for hundreds of dollars. I found my new Vet and I highly recommend it to anybody in Ponce.

Personnel treated us with courtesy. When it comes to pricing is another story. Way too expensive for a surgery on my cat's back foot. They charged me over $200 for a cast that came off the very next day and a future charge of $1700 for surgery. Looked for a second opinion at Salinas vet hospital, $50 for a cast and surgery was not necessary after a couple of days from the original visit. Dr. Oppenheimer is a very knowledgeable vet, only that his prices are too steep for low income families who care about their pets.

Their personnel are very sweet and so comforting to our 4 legged friends. Very attentive and will accept walk-ins if an emergency arises & for any consultation needed.
