Fantastic service, very kind to animals and affordable, but parking space is limited.

The office is clean and the team is friendly. I went there for a blood test and fecal test. Although I asked a couple of time nothing happened. The vet suggested me to go to a specialist. Sadly they didn't even send me the information we're to go although we agreed for a recommendation. Finally I insisted to get at least a fecal test. Came out positive for roundworms. After the treatment for roundworms all the symptoms are gone. This is the worst vet experience I had in Puerto Rico. I can not recommend this vet.

The worst vet I met in Puerto Rico. They only get 1 star because office is clean and the team is friendly. But when I go to a vet I want a professional service and help for my pet. I went there for a fecal and blood test. Obviously they wanted to close the office and I had to urge them to do at least a fecal test. The diagnostic was made of the symptoms I explained and I can say for sure that it was a wrong diagnosis. Why? Because I was in a clinic today to the blood work. So we could see exactly what the issue was. Waist of time and money. I can not recommend this vet.

Love the way I was treated, but the loving way they treated by doggie was beyond excellent.
