Sierra and her team are not only caring and amazing towards their clients but they treat each pet who comes in for a groom as family- and the ones they pet sit for are treated more like royalty. Her knowledge and love for what she does shows through her dedication and her work. She is always learning new and innovative techniques and using high quality products, not cutting corners to make more money. Her services are worth every penny!

The amount of care they put into your pet is adorable. They take such care of my Sasha every time she goes in for a bath and a spa treatment for her skin. The improvements I see after each treatment is just unreal.

I had been looking for a groomer for my Australian Shepherd after several problems concerning her previous one. After a sweet friend recommended Serenity Paws I booked an appointment immediately. Needless to say, I was absolutely thrilled!! The ladies there were so professional, kind and made my very anxious puppy feel right at home! 💛 I have no plans on looking for another groomer and would HIGHLY recommend them to someone looking for a responsible and talented groomer. **Please note, the picture was taken a few days after her groom, she looked even better just after 😁**

Serenity is the best there is! My dog got turned down from petsmart for being to aggressive, so I looked into serenity and although Char is a little aggressive the Serenity team never fails at trimming her and bathing her even tho she’s a pain 😂. Serenity Pawz will be the only groomer I use for my Char :)

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Serenity Pawz! Our beagle/retriever/pittie mix Pablo is always SO excited when we arrive there, he never looks back once Sierra grabs him, he loves her! He typically gets quite anxious during nail trims because the noise and feeling can be overwhelming , but Sierra handles him with such care and expertise that he's calm every time. Her passion for her work shines through, and her warm personality makes every visit enjoyable. Pablo always smells absolutely delicious after his bath, and leaves happy from all the treats he gets ! Absolutely stellar experience with Sierra and Piper!!! They are truly phenomenal. They have changed the game for how Pablo experiences bath time, he is ALWAYS excited now. Five stars without a doubt!
