A Gentle Touch Grooming

0 star! My dogs came out smelling like smoked, also I stepped on a poop that was in front of the front desk and they did not even apologize! My dogs got scared with the aggressive cat there. Horrible service!!! Now they are pretending that o never stepped on poop when I have witness! And yes you have cats all over in the front desk! Very disgusting. Should be ashamed of having that store!

I brought my 2 babies here yesterday! For the first time. No it's not a fancy place. But the most important part. Is how your fur baby is cared for and the Job they do. I met both ladies. Meagan being one. She I believe is the actual groomer. And I must say. Both ladies were extremely NICE and very helpful. My fur babies were very!! Comfortable and content with them. They did an AMAZING Job. That is what counts. I WILL be bringing them back. I just found an awesome groomer. Very financially affordable. And very close to my home. They are down to earth And when you walk in the door they make you feel like a friend. GREAT JOB. !! And I've read some of the reviews. What would be a dog grooming place be Without dog hair. That just shows your fur baby is their main priority.

This was the first time my cat had been groomed. It took them 4 hours. The place seemed dirty. The worst thing is my cat had come home with FLEAS!! We took her in January. We have spent a ton of money trying to get rid of the fleas! I would it recommend this place to anyone. They keep feral cats in their lobby!!
