Petco

This was once a good store with excellent employees. Now? The store is fine but they have some of the laziest employees. When I went this morning to get a couple of feeder mice. I walked back there and no one was around (no surprise there) I walked back up front to ask for help. I'm disabled and was really struggling. The cashier Gracie was working hard with the customers. She called 3 times for help. After about 20 minutes (I'm Really struggling by this point) 2 employees walked up just laughing and having a good ole time looking at the plants that just came in etc.. Gracie told them twice that I needed help. The elderly gentleman finally asked what I needed and finally brought me the mice. Gracie kept apologizing but I told her that it's not her fault that her co workers are lazy. This isn't the first time, it's been almost every time I go there. Either retrain or replace most of the employees. The ones that do work, would probably also appreciate having coworkers that actually help.

Ghentry & Alex are very knowledgeable on aquatics. They are so nice and always willing to talk to my family and I as we frequently stop in after delivery day. I always look for one of them, they are also super quick in catching the fish you want and so friendly!

This PetCo service is the best and its the only place I can get the food for my boys, cat and dawg, at a reasonable price. 🥳 My baby dawg got groomed on Sun morning, shout out to that young lady she was awesome. We have a groomer again FINALLY.

We have loved our lessons with Candice! She is so encouraging and helpful in making sure Oscar absorbs all the commands. Part of his issues are rooted in anxiety, so we’re continuing to work on that as well. I wish that there was a course for the canine good citizen certificate, because that is my goal for him. But Candice has been fantastic and has gone above and beyond to make sure that Oscar and the other dogs in our classes have reaped the benefit of their training.
