(from Google)Its a great park!! The stream down the middle is nice and cool to take a quick dip in the summer, but I do hate the bathrooms because they lock them in the winter
The playground is pretty exposed at midday with shade available near the creek. The bathrooms are open only during events, but there is a porta-potty available.
Great little green park with a gazebo with picnic tables, restrooms, playground equipment, walking path, and creek access. Really well maintained with grills. Great place to stretch your legs and walk the dogs.
I liked it better than the park we've been going to. I think my dog liked it too. Although I don't think I saw a duck pond. There is a play area for kids. It's not very big but if you're so inclined at one end the walking path joins the street and keeps going. I'm new to CO and Grand Junction looking forward to Spring and more visits to this park.
Restroom for the women is clean but smells like fresh paint. Wish they left the door open to air it out. Oh well. The men's Restroom was locked. It's a nice little park. Has 2 bbq and a Pavillion. A creek. Just watch your kids around it. Plus Alot of shade from the trees. Also if you want to sit on the bench clean it for there is spider webs on them!
