Zen Dog Training

We had a great intro call with Alexis and then jumped into 4 sessions with Shaunacy. Shaunacy was a great help for our dog Hank, who is a rude greeter and dog-selective. She gave us a lot of insights and dog-specific advice for Hank’s reactivity. Implementing the things we’ve learned from her (and star target dog Milo!), we’ve been able to have Hank do more and better parallel walks with other dogs. He was even able to play with a do recently — which was huge for us! We’ll be using them again when we look to integrate another dog into our household :)

I cannot thank Shaunacy enough for her help! She was amazing to work with. Super detail-oriented and explains everything really clearly, so I always understood what we were doing and why. My dog had just moved from another city to live with me, and she helped him get comfortable in our apartment and learn the house rules quickly. The biggest thing was how she helped us actually communicate, life became easier for both of us and I saw real results fast. Would definitely recommend!

Huge appreciation for the thoughtfulness, flexibility and deep care that shows through in each session. Beginning with the intake and assigning a trainer who was well versed in a supporting a cat and dog household, we were well set up to make the most of our sessions and receive guidance between our appointments. You don’t always see the magic while it is happening, but the household harmony we are now experiencing is a testament to the effects — as much as we might talk about building our dogs confidence, a lot of the work was also quietly building my confidence so that I could reduce the signal to noise and second guessing of how best to support my beloveds.
