I had such a wonderful experience today thanks to Brandon and Ryan (who was working the checkout counter). Both went above and beyond to help me. Brandon took the time to answer all my questions knowledgeably and made sure I found exactly what I needed for my pet, while Ryan was super friendly, efficient, and had the best attitude at checkout. Their genuine care and enthusiasm made my visit so enjoyable!

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE. I came in and asked for the specials. Me and my sister were told that I could do the 19.99 special which is the ONLY reason I booked. I thoroughly explained to them how i rescued this furry friend from a pretty messed up living situation and how I appreciate the special because I’ve been spending A LOT to make sure he’s okay. I made my appointment and came back the next day. Just to be charged a total of $40.47 after service. I asked why and was told my dog was too old for that special. I asked if it could be honored because that’s what I was told AND the only reason why I booked and she declined multiple times. Just for my dog to still be damp (in the dead of winter - 27 degrees), loose hair and dandruff all over him and he smells like wet dog. He doesn’t smell like he was just given a BATH. IM livid.

This is one of the better Petcos that I've been to in quite some time. Everything seems to be well stocked and I always get what I need. There's always extras that are needed or wanted In both cases. My wife and I have purchased plenty of fish, aquariums, aquarium supplies, aquarium accessories, natural decorations including live plants and real Stone, mystery snails, neocardina shrimp, and all the API branded solutions that one could ever want. If you want to cycle a fish tank super fast and have it up and running and ready for fish. After 7 to 8 days, they sell pre-treated water that I tested myself and it is spot on 7.0 pH moderator KH, no chlorine, no heavy metals, it has electrolytes for all aquatic species. Species. Combine that water with the fluvel satrum. Satrum is a natural volcanic rock that not only makes your plants grow faster, but also provides nutrients to its inhabitants and the breakdown of dietriram in the tank. Naturally. It gives a great place for baby shrimp to hide until they get big enough to cruise with the rest of the crew. Your live plants will thrive even under low light conditions. The java moss I bought here is growing insanely fast and healthy. I have purchased three baby bettas, all females to be raised together as they are called a sorority. All three are healthy and doing very well in their environment. When I got them they were the size of the first section of your pinky. Now they're about the size of two sections of your pinky and doing very well together. I got them about 3 months ago. I am overall very satisfied with the customer service on the phone, in person, and at checkout. I would recommend it to my friends and family, and the general public in this case.

Happen to see this Petco on our way home and stopped in to see what it was all about. Loved all the aquatics to look at. Plus I felt like staff was friendly and eager to help us out. Overall we were happy with what we seen and the stock yall had. Thank you!
