German Shepherd has an ear infection and the vet called all happy that she couldn’t treat it that it was non-treatable by antibiotics I googled, and there is stuff that can be done for the dog and they refused to call me back. They refuse to give me any ear medicine they recommended I take him to CSU, which is not gonna happen for 45 days and I just want something to help him in the meantime and they’re being very cruel I paid 680 for test and it came back as resistant to antibiotics …Google says there is stuff to help but they refuse I think they’re refusing because I questioned the price of the test when I googled it. It was double what everybody else charges so now they’re not gonna help me at all.!!!!!!!

We’ve been going to Paws and Claws for years - from puppy care through end of life. They are always so caring, practical and great. They take the time with our dogs and with us. Can’t say enough about them.

We had a decent experience at this place the first time we came. The vet we saw was an older Asian gentleman, and he was super kind and attentive. However, the same can’t be said about anyone else on staff here. On 3 separate occasions since the original visit our experience has been abysmal. From the Vet techs to the front desk folks, these people are incredibly unfriendly and only interested in taking your money and shoving you out the door. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE.

Dr. Schramm is an excellent vet - he runs an affordable and ethical practice. He's taken excellent care of my pet for many years. He doesn't care about reviews - he cares about your pets health. He treats his employees very well, he doesn't badger (or even ask) clients to give him reviews! The quality and integrity of this practice is beyond what a simple recommendation al-ro-rith m may suggest.

Love this vet! Always have availability when we need it, never had to wait for more than a day or so to get an appointment. Last year our puppy got sick and they had us in within an hour!! Super reasonably priced and they are upfront about all costs. I never feel pressured to do anything we don’t want to and they make recommendations without being pushy. We have three dogs from 2-12 years old and they always take good care of them. Super convenient location too just ten minutes away from our house!
