Has a big rut in the middle of the parking and there's a bit of a drop off from the paved entrance to the parking. Parking is gravel. There is a dog waste station.

It's a gorgeous place, and it's cool and comfortable in the early mornings this time of year. Parking available from sunrise to sunset Beautiful place, It's not too hot, but it's a little cold if you don't move. This season is the best for walks. There's lots of greenery, so let's go for a walk. Taking a walk with your dog is also great. Our neighbors come here and walk to the trail. A few years ago, salmon were swimming upstream in the creek, but if the water level is high, you may be able to see them around the end of the year. Salmon are protected and of course catching them is prohibited. If you walk to the left you will reach downtown. If you walk on the right side, it's fun again.

Don't see the "ask" button so I will put it on reviews. Does anyone know if this creek/ravine allows gold panning??? Other than that it's a great place to fishing during the summer, plenty of blue gills and bass for the little kids to fish. What me and my brothers usually do is we'll park a car by the regal cinema off the hwy and park a car here at this entrance, then we'll hike and fish as we go back to the other car.

The gravel parking lot holds about 20 or so cars and provides easy access to the paved Miner's Ravine Trail. The trail is excellent for use for bicyclists and pedestrians alike. There are a few short dirt trails in the area as well. The bridges along the trail were built using repurposed pieces of the San Francisco Golden Gate bridge. There are no restrooms in the parking lot or anywhere along the trail. There are a few park benches where you can stop and rest.

A great place to jog/walk/bike, never any issues.
