I love this company so very much! I brought my 2 boys, Chesty and Lucky for a bath and they're super clean, smell fantastic and they absolutely loved the staff and so do I ! I will always bring my dogs here! What a great experience!

Bad customer service and communication. Was given an appointment almost a month in advanced. Was called by this business the Saturday before the appointment and told that my appointment is canceled because THEY did not call my dog’s vet to verify his immunization records. “We can’t call tomorrow since it’s Sunday and vets don’t open Sunday’s.” I explained that I had his current immunization in paper and I even offered to email it to them as soon as we got off the phone. Lady replied that no THEY had to call the vet themselves to verify. It honestly sounded like the lady was canceling my appointment to give my slot to someone else. Take your pet and business somewhere else.

I love love love their work!! They are patient with my fur baby and do an amazing job. I can admit that my baby is not the friendliest when it comes to his grooming, but they make sure he is comfortable and they never fail to contact me if there is any issue. With past groomers, Sid would come out running towards me and scared. Now, my dog comes out of there with a good attitude every time. If you are looking for a local groomer in which you can trust, this is the place to go!

Wonderful experience. Made my dog look like a new pup.
