DON’T BUY FROM HERE!!! NO COMPREN AQUI, SON RATEROS!!! NO COMPREN!! TRUST ME, THESE PEOPLE STEAL YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU PLACE ONLINE ORDERS!!!!! It’s been weeks since I placed an order and I haven’t received it. I’ve tried calling several times. They say they’ll call you back but they won’t. They’re thieves. If you look at other reviews they’ve done this before. I’m now in the process of filing a complaint with the Webb County Sheriff’s Office. I live in Alabama so there’s also federal banking fraud laws that protect consumers when they get robbed by folks like this in other states. I’ll get my money back, one way or another.

I’ve been trying to get an online order canceled for a few days know and nothing has happened. The lady I’ve talked to on the phone said it would be canceled the first time I called. Know they won’t answer my phone calls or email. Can’t leave a voicemail cause it’s full. Edit: finally got ahold of another person that works there and he handled it right away

Good luck to anyone who orders online with this company. I places a order online while speaking to someone in store about ordering lifesaving equine medicine. On the day it was to arrive I called because it had not been delivered to be told they canceled my order after processing my payment . Here we are 10 days later and I have not been refunded. I'm currently on hold and have been on the phone now with them for 36 min . I have been told they couldn't find my order. I provided them with the order number and was told I ordered from there other store . Then when I pulled up the phone log and that I am in fact speaking with the same store I am back on hold . 40 min now! They have not done even 1 thing that they were supposed to do .

Worst service ever!!! I walked in with my daughter asking for assistance and the woman at the store must've not been knowledgeable of the items I was asking about. So instead of asking for help herself, she was rude and condescending.

Went and bought some Capstar tablets for my dog to help with the flea and tick problem. The guy told me that each tablet would last 3 months. He sold me 2 for $20. Capstar pills only last a couple of days a week max in dogs system. So his 3 month lie was bull$h!+. This store ripped me off!!! I will be reporting this store!
