I’m extremely disappointed with the way we were treated by this grooming business. Instead of a professional and respectful interaction, we received an aggressive phone call criticizing us for bringing in a dog they claimed needed immediate medical attention. The tone was confrontational and completely inappropriate. What made matters worse was the comment that we “should not have left the female owner unattended,” as if she were a child. That was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful and unnecessary. To ensure the dog’s wellbeing, the pet was evaluated by a veterinarian the following Monday (five days later). The vet confirmed there were no urgent medical concerns—specifically noting the dog’s nails were fine and only needed a routine trim. In reality, the dog simply needed a standard puppy bath and grooming. The entire experience was upsetting and handled poorly from start to finish. Based on this interaction, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this business to others. this was the Bryan Dairy location.

We had a really great experience at this dog grooming salon. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about making sure our dog was comfortable. He came home looking clean, well-trimmed, and very happy. The whole process was smooth and easy, and we felt confident leaving him in their care. We’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend them to other pet owners. 🐶✨

I regularly take both of my boys to Barksuds South Tampa and have always had the BEST experience. Not only do my pups always look great when I pick them up, but the team there really goes above and beyond to make the visit special. During the recent holiday gave us a certificate from Santa certifying the boys made the “nice” list, and a little stocking with treats that they were happy to scarf down - unexpected and fun for the family to share in. Thanks to the team there for taking good care of Archie and Vinny!

Shaylah is the new manager of this location and let me tell you I couldn’t be happier about the recent changes. My pup is looking and smelling so much better. He is coming out dry and fluffy and well brushed out . For a goldendoodle the price is so worth it because my pup is never getting matted anymore . Thank you barksuds for listening to the concerns and taking quick action to make appropriate change . You have a great new young lady who is so kind I look forward to coming in and chatting with her .

BarkSuds is the best! Their affordable membership is a dream come true for my two bullies, one of which hates baths and has serious skin sensitivities (can you guess which one by the pics??). I love that BarkSuds stores and uses his medicated shampoo on our weekly visits, and my dogs love seeing Victoria at the front desk every time they run in… It’s basically a trip to the water park in their eyes. Extra bonus that Victoria can usually slide us in on short notice with my chaotic schedule. Highly recommend!
