First time here. They did a great job bathing my basset hound. Was able to choose from four different shampoo scents. Brinkley loved the fact that she got to pick out a toy on her way out.

We absolutely love taking Noble to ScentHound! From the moment we walk in, the staff is welcoming, kind, and so attentive to him. It gives me such peace of mind knowing he’s in good hands. Noble always comes home looking clean, fresh, and so happy. They do an amazing job with his grooming and really take the time to make sure he’s comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they work with. Highly recommend ScentHound to anyone looking for consistent, quality care for their pup. I received a free promotional trial with Scenthound that came across my Facebook page. The promo was a free bath & towel dry, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and teeth cleaning! So I figured, why not, let me try them out. They are close to my job. I booked the appointment via text, and the process was very easy. My pup has VERY sensitive skin, so I inquired about a sensitive skin shampoo. They were able to accommodate my request (with a $12 upcharge). No biggie whatsoever. I'm happy to pay for things that are absolutely necessary. I walked in, and was instantly greeted by Laurie. She was very personable and kind. My pup took to her instantly. She took the time to explain every step of the cleaning process. She was not pushy with selling me anything additional, but informed me of certain products that she would recommend based on the groomers comments. I briefly spoke with the groomer (didn't catch her name), but she was very pleasant as well. I was told that my pups appointment would take roughly 45 minutes, and I would receive a text when he was all ready to be picked up. The timing was spot on. I even received a picture from them of my pup once he was all finished! TOOOOOO sweet of them! Upon pickup, Laurie and I briefly talked and again, it was pleasant. She was very knowledgeable about the services provided and their products. I really like that they give you a 1 - 5 star rating on the services they provided. This kind of gives you an idea on what should be focused on for routine visits. I went ahead and scheduled my next appointment a month out, and will be joining their monthly membership. Super happy with this company and the outcome! Thank you so much Laurie and team!

Really encouraging trying this place out! The staff are so friendly and they do a wonderful job with my two goldens. The idea of wellness baths is genius and helps take the load off my shoulders to make sure they are clean and nails are trimmed. If anything comes up they notice when they do their thorough check- I can let their vet know. They check their teeth, ears, anal glands and more. It’s fully customizable and it’s definitely worth the reasonable financial commitment.
