I like to go mountain biking and if you are In the area this is a really good place to go. The trails are solid. They have lots of different types and lengths of trails. There isn't much that I know of thats too difficult so it's a great place for beginners and middle of the road mountain bikers. Also a great place to get a trail run in.

If you're doing this cold turkey and haven't been biking for awhile, super fun. Also recommend the shortest trail so your heart doesn't explode. Well kept easy to follow trail markers and really fun trails. I definitely enjoyed and was reminded of my own limited mortality as my heart beat out of my chest. It's happy and quiet.

This is a scenic area to go hiking or biking. We went hiking, but the trails would be awesome for mountain bikers. We really liked the boardwalk nature trail by the main university campus. The Magnolia trees located there were the largest I have ever seen. One of the trails takes you to a lagoon area. The other trails provided an enjoyable green forest view with the sounds of nature. The birds and squirrels were fun to watch. I was amazed by the vast number of trails available for everyone to use.

Lots of parking! Easier trails for hiking. Plenty of people using the trails during a Saturday afternoon. Woodpeckers and other birds. Interesting changes in slope on some of the trails. Well marked.

Awesome place!! lots of trails to walk peaceful with a variety of drylands, wetlands, hills and ravines.it makes for a nice day out in nature or somewhere good to walk the dog or ride your bike. Back entrance is rather well hidden but front entrance is in the back of UWF campus.
