Very friendly staff very helpful and they definitely love your pets. The store is clean. The dog wash area is well kept and well stocked.

I get both of my Yorkies groomed but Vanessa. She always does Amazing job! She takes her time and does exactly what I asked for when it comes to the haircuts. If you’re looking for a dog groomer I highly recommend Vanessa at Pet Supplies plus on Lincoln.

I’ve been bringing my pup to PSP for grooming since she was little, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My long-haired corgi, Maggie, needs some extra attention—especially when it comes to her signature Corgi booty—and Vanessa always delivers! She’s a truly skilled groomer who consistently gives Maggie the perfect cut. Our pup always comes home happy, silky soft, and looking her best. A+ service every time!

In my opinion, this is the friendliest and most understanding pet supply store in the entire north side of Chicago. I have a beautiful 5 year old German Shepherd that Petco and Petsmarts all throughout the Chicagoland area were refusing to groom due to a couple minor soars on his paw caused by a health condition. The pushback to help my Shepherd was absolutely perplexing. I believe the real reason is the staff were somewhat intimidated about dealing with working line shepherds. Petco and Petsmarts have lost my business forever. I made an appointment with Lilly who is a groomer at this establishment and she went above and beyond to deliver excellent service! My GSD’s nails were done quickly and perfectly. They also have a self service dog wash that Petco and Petsmart locations do not have. Lilly is extremely knowledgeable about all breeds and I highly recommend to come here and request for her if you need your dog groomed.
