Aqua World

I had a very disappointing experience with Aqua World. Before making the trip, I spoke with them over the phone and clearly explained the size of the fish I was bringing — approximately one foot each. I add texted him pictures and videos of my fish. He agreed on a trade based on that information. I then drove about two hours to the shop. When I arrived, they placed the fish in their tank and then told me they were “too big” for their system. This was confusing because I had already been very clear about their size during our phone conversation. After driving such a long distance, it was frustrating to have them change their position. The fish were slightly stressed from transport, which is normal after a two-hour drive, but they were healthy. I was told they “weren’t happy with the way they looked,” and no trade was offered at all. Not even a partial trade. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and gas, especially after we had already discussed and agreed on the details beforehand. I just wish they had honored their word or at least tried to work something out. Very disappointing experience. And drove over 2 hours for nothing When I was leaving he also kept putting the fish in broken Styrofoam boxes stressing the fish out even more nearly killed one of my big fish and he didn't put nearly enough water in the container

Aqua World is absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this store or the people behind it. I was in need of Corys, and the owner went above and beyond by opening the store specifically for me on New Year’s Day just so I could get what I needed. That level of dedication and customer care is incredibly rare. The fish were healthy, well cared for, and exactly what I was looking for. You can tell this is a shop run by someone who genuinely cares about the hobby and their customers, not just making a sale. The experience felt personal, welcoming, and stress-free. If you’re looking for a local fish store that truly puts customers first, Aqua World is it. This kind of service earns lifelong customers. I will absolutely be back and will recommend Aqua World to anyone looking for quality fish and exceptional service.

I highly recommend. I drove over 45 minutes to purchase my black ghost knife fish and was greeted at the door with a smile from a very knowledgeable expert named Angel. Took his time and made sure that my new edition was more than ready to take the safe travel back home. Thanks I will be back!!!

Visited Aqua World for their grand opening. Such a cool spot! Loved the wall of betta fish, plus they even had stingrays and other unique fish. The owners mentioned they’ll be hosting birthday parties for kids soon, which is such a fun idea. Definitely worth checking out!
