The first store we visited was quite far, so we were happy to discover this location much closer to us. From my very first visit, I was greeted immediately and offered help — and to me, that’s what truly makes a business stand out. The way customers are welcomed when they walk in sets the whole experience. The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect food for our 🐶.

Hollywood Feed is hands-down one of the best pet stores I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they genuinely care about pets and the people who love them. The store is spotless, organized, and carries a huge selection of high-quality food, treats, toys, and supplements you don’t find everywhere else. The staff is what truly sets them apart. They are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer questions without making you feel rushed or pressured. You can tell they actually know their products and want what’s best for your pet, not just to make a sale. The self-serve dog wash is also amazing — clean, convenient, and makes bath time so much easier. Everything you need is right there, and they keep it very well maintained. I have three dogs, and this has quickly become my go-to place because I trust the quality of their products and the recommendations from their team. Exceptional customer service, great atmosphere, and a store that truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

This place is wonderful!!!! I always shoot and wash my dog there. I placed a dogfood order at 6:02pm I knew it was late but my dog was out of food and I noticed last minute so I placed the order expecting it tomorrow but boom the lady dropped it off same night. I was so not expecting it and it was so sweet she did what she did she said it was only 2min pass 6pm so it was okay. Big shout out to you!!!!! You made my doggy so happy. APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH!!!
