Vow of the Wild

Before PetVet365, my family had been going to the same vet since I was a kid. But when our rescue chihuahuas started showing fear when going to the vet, we decided to try a clinic that specialized in a fear-free approach. After researching other vets across the metro area, we decided to give PetVet365 a try, and it was seriously one of the best decisions we've ever made for our dogs. While our dogs are still not thrilled to go to the vet, the team at PetVet365 has made a world of a difference in their (and our) experience. Everyone at the clinic is so kind, caring, and patient. When we're there, we can tell that our dogs are truly cared for, and I feel comfortable asking questions. In addition to being incredibly friendly, the team at PetVet365 excels at communication. I'll be honest, I'm a helicopter dog parent. Both of our dogs had dentals within the last couple of months, and these are always nerve-racking days for me. But Dr. Brandt and the vet techs kept me updated via text through every step of the procedure. They even sent a photo of Dr. Brandt snuggling one of our girls as she woke up. Edited to add: One of our dogs recently started having unusual symptoms that were difficult to pinpoint. Dr. Tan was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. She was thorough, thoughtful, and dedicated to helping our dog feel better. She frequently followed up with us and even reached out to other vets for second opinions. We felt very well taken care of! I also want to mention that they're an LGBTQIA+ friendly business, and it's great to know that their clinic is a safe and inclusive space. Thank you so much to the incredible team at PetVet365 Westminster, your care means so much to our little family! Lisa and Alex (and Poppy + Dorothy)

My girl is a nervous dog in new places, and they made her feel at ease and were being very nice to her. They even gave her good treats and whipped cream. Will definitely be back with my other kiddo

The PetVet365 team is wonderful. I have primarily worked with Dr. Brandt, and she is so responsive, helpful, and informative. I adopted a dog with heartworm last year, and they supported us through the whole treatment. Despite it being a difficult process due to the long, involved nature of the treatment, they made it as straightforward and comfortable as possible for my dog. He has completed his treatment, and is living a happy, healthy life thanks to their diligent care. They have also supported Jimmy through respiratory illness, allergies, regular vaccines, and more. Jimmy is very nervous at the vet, and the PetVet365 staff is extremely patient and willing to try different options to reduce his anxiety as much as possible and make it as positive an experience as they can for him. They have provided fantastic service and I fully trust them with my dog's care. I would absolutely recommend them to friends or family looking for a great vet team!

They were amazing with our dog! I was pretty anxious bringing our dog in and thought this was going to be like entry other vet visit where our dog is in the waiting room literally hiding under the chair getting spooked by other pets, but it was a complete 180! We had a private room and Emrys and Dr. Tan were so welcoming and attentive. They immediately befriended our dog and she was so relaxed! I also appreciate that they went over payment plans and quotes and there was no pressure or judgement on our financial decisions. We look forward to continuing treatment here and I think our dog looks forward to it too! Thank you so much!

TL;DR: We had an incredible first visit, and are looking forward to continuing to bring our dog to this vet! I highly recommend this vet for dogs that struggle with anxiety issues. We recently moved to Westminster and were searching for a vet closer to home for our 11ish year old dog, Peggy, who struggles with general anxiety - she has a really rough time on long car rides and going to stressful places like the vet. We saw the great reviews for the Westminster PetVet365 and read about their "fear free" environment, so we decided to give it a shot for a general exam. Despite my skepticism, I have to say that it really was the lowest stress vet visit we've ever had! Given Peggy's anxiety, it was still very stressful for her initially. But, as promised, upon arrival we were able to go directly to a comfortable exam room without experiencing any other people or pets. The exam room itself had plenty of space, and had a large carpet in the middle of the room (which helps prevent scared pups from claw-skidding on hard floors). The people were all wonderful. The vet techs and the vet (we had Dr. Tan) handled Peggy with a lot of compassion and understanding, and really tried to make her comfortable. We always come equipped to the vet with high value treats like egg or chicken breast, but generally things are so stressful that Peggy stops accepting them even from us. Somehow, Dr. Tan made Peggy comfortable enough and got her to accept treats, much to our pleasant surprise (this being literally the first time that she had accepted treats from a vet in all ~11 years of regular care). I admit this was our first visit, but it was such a different and positive experience for us that I absolutely plan to come back for further follow-ups for Peggy.
