We brought our 80-lb, 5-year-old Aussiedoodle in today for a sebaceous cyst removal — it was our first visit, and we were so impressed. The entire staff was professional, polite, and genuinely friendly from the moment we walked in. The doctor carefully evaluated the cyst, explained everything clearly, and provided a very fair quote for removal. She even offered a dental cleaning at an incredible price that was too good to pass up. We truly appreciated the transparency and lack of pressure. Our dog is unfortunately prone to cysts, but we feel lucky to have found a place we trust for future care. Thank you so much for seeing our sweet pup the same day — you all are amazing!

Absolutely love the entire staff here! I work in cat rescue and do a lot of TNR and they care equally about the friendly and feral cats. They provide me a lot of detail about the cats health and are extremely thorough with the exam. Abby, Rylli, Piper and Jaimee are all super friendly and helpful. Every vet I have worked with there is patient and willing to explain issues, offer options and help me to make decisions for the best outcome for each cat. Top notch office in every way!

Granted, I did not have a pet undergoing surgery, just vaccines and a nail trim. These people seem to be offering an affordable option to what has become a ridiculously outrageous service. People are putting down pets simply because they can’t afford to keep their beloved pets healthy. Several feral cats were brought in for sterilization while I was there. I feel these people deserve business. Thank you for truly caring for our pets and not seeing them as an early retirement. God bless!

So I brought a TNR girl kitten to get fixed on Friday November 14 to get fixed. I got the text back saying surgery went well and she was ready for pick up. I called and paid over the phone. And my mom was on her way to pick up the kitten. My mom arrived, she said one of the staff was holding the kitten in her shirt and not in the trap I used to bring her in. My mom was told that the kitten had a bad reaction to anesthesia. And they gave her some pain meds. And she should be good in a few hours. So several hours later the kitten was not doing good at all. Her whole body was stiff and this kitten couldn’t get up and walk. By the time I got off work and arrived home at 9:45pm was still in really bad shape. Couldn’t get up, was thrashing around. Finally at 11:30 pm we ended up taking this kitten to the animal ER. And learned this kitten more than likely suffered a blood clot, this kitten could not see at all, all 4 of her legs were stiff and we found out she lost her vision. So we ended up having to put her down. Because she looked like she had brain damage. I understand and we were told by the ER doctor, it is a rare complication from anesthesia, which i understand that can happen. But in my opinion and from all the times I’ve had my pets spayed and neutered our animals were only released if they were awake from anesthesia. This kitten looked like she was on deaths door. She should have not been released when she was in that bad of shape and looking like she was on deaths door, not moving body completely stiff. Labored breathing, And I don’t feel like this was a reaction or why even label it as a reaction. Why was she given a pain medication if it was a reaction. When my dog had a reaction to her rabies vaccine the vet gave her medication to help get counteract the reaction. I understand things like this can happen and understand a blood clot is a rare complication of being put under anesthesia. But she should have not been released in that condition. I ended up having to pay $500 to put her down cause her prognosis was not good at all.

My dog had dental surgery to remove broken upper canines and a cleaning. He also had 4 warts removed from around his eyes and torso. Cost was half of what my regular vet would charge. They took very good care of him.
