Cain's Dog House

We used to come for grooming, which was fine. Now I bring my pup for boarding. All the staff are super friendly and my Sophie always comes back happy, not dehydrated, and well taken care of. The cost is also reasonable for boarding. This has become my go to place for boarding.

The Groomers here seem miserable, almost like they hate to see a client show up. I tried two times, once just feeling maybe i was wrong and it was just a bad day for them.. The second time around just confirmed everything I thought my first visit. Both times the groomer complained about my dogs. My dogs are regularly brushed and groomed. Bith times the cuts were not to my satisfaction but i did not complain although I probably should have being the price I paid was not cheap. To sum this business up. There are much better groomers in Pensacola that do a far better cut that charge way less and are excellent with people and dogs.

The staff at Cains took excellent care of my Trixie. It was her first time away from home/family and they made her feel very welcomed and comfortable. Thank you to everyone at Cains. This pup granny was really nervous...for no reason it turned out.

We were referred to Cains by Pet Smart to groom our senior dog Sadie. They do a great job of grooming both of our pups. We used them for boarding recently when our regular boarding facility was full and couldn’t take our dogs. They were reliable and took good care of our dogs. When I emailed to check on them they responded right away and sent pictures of my pups. I recommend Cains for grooming and boarding.

I could not ask for a better job than the groomer at Cain's Dog House does. I have a 3 year old Schnoodle who wears a short cut in the summer and we let her grow out in the winter time. She has beautiful poodle curls on her legs which we embrace in the cold. Jolette is who does my Ellie's grooming. Also her tail has always been a mess. This time she cut it short and it's just darlin'. THEY ARE SOCIAL DISTANCING. You just pull into the parking lot. And they come to you. Competitive price, super friendly and professional staff. Cain's Dog House is DEFINITELY a 5 start rating.
