(from Google)Pretty chill park with nice woods explore. the water has gotten alot lower since around 2022-23 but still remains peaceful, Watch out for deer there's ton of them here
Very pretty park with ducks, play grounds, picnic tables and pretty color changing trees. We recently had a small wedding at the gazebo facing the water. You can't swim in the river right now because the water is stagnant. But it's a big and nice park.
Gorgeous park, and worth strolling around through the many sections. Pretty clean as well, not to crowded. Fall colors are amazing here, if you're in the area, you need to take some pictures.
Landa Park is awesome. Just standing there looking at the springs is enough, ya know...basically. it's a spot where the Edwards Aquifer comes to the surface to be known. But the history of it is quite important and thén it also hosts things like Wurstfest and car shows and all kinds of different stuff. The facilities are well maintained and it seems like it's safe. A great plàce to bring the kids.
Stopped in to eat my lunch at this park. I was surprised at how large it was. Numerous sidewalks and walking areas throughout the park. Lots of green space, picnic tables, and large trees. Their play areas for children volleyball court, and even some nice water features. Picnic tables for lunch as well as restrooms. Office facilities appear to be ADA approved. Barbecue pits and trash cans are conveniently located near the picnic tables. There's also a small gauge train track running throughout the park although I did not see a train. Perhaps it's only certain times of the day? Overall, a very nice surprising family friendly park that I will be sure to visit again for lunch next time.
