Classy pet cuts

I took my two dogs in for full service grooming. I was so pleased by the beautiful results done by Classy Pets. It’s a bigger blessing because I am disabled and can’t groom my dogs. I appreciate the staff of Classy Pets, they went above and beyond what I needed for my dogs.

My family and I have been bringing our dog to this establishment for some time, trusting in its reputation to care for her sensitivities. Unfortunately, over the last few visits, she has returned with her eyes extremely red and irritated, far worse than her usual sensitivity, even though she is on medication prescribed by our family veterinarian that normally keeps her eye sensitivity under control. The irritation has been so severe that she can barely open her eyes due to the pain, leaving her effectively blind. If we didn't care so deeply, we might have forced her eyes open to take photos of the clear and severe irritation, but we couldn't bring ourselves to cause her any additional pain. After several appointments with the same outcome, it became clear that it was this environment that was worsening her already sensitive eyes. While I understand that pets can sometimes react differently to grooming, this was not the first time such an issue occurred. For the sake of avoiding giving her the stress of acclimating to a new grooming environment, we previously let it slide. Unfortunately, after this latest incident, we could no longer stand by. We would much rather have her experience brief emotional discomfort in a new establishment than endure ongoing physical discomfort at this one. What I find unacceptable is the manner in which past feedback has been handled. My son previously left a review expressing concern about our dog's care. While it was aggressive and strongly worded, it reflected how upset and genuinely worried we were. The response received was unprofessional and dismissive, which does not reflect the level of accountability or customer service one would expect from such a reputable business. As soon as we saw our dog return in such a condition again, we decided not to continue using this establishment, so being told we are no longer welcome is of no concern to us. It's important for potential customers to understand that running a business also requires taking responsibility, particularly when the health and safety of pets is at stake. Professionalism and accountability, even toward former clients, are crucial for building trust and maintaining a positive reputation with these potential customers. I sincerely hope that any future incidents at this establishment are handled with thoughtfulness and care, rather than defensiveness or ego.

All I have to have to say is WOW!!!! I'M SO AMAZED AND SO GRATEFUL TO CLASSY PET GROOMING!! My experience with these beautiful people are of extraordinary pleasure. Thanks for taking care of my puppy. She's looking lovelier than ever. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has a pup and wants it to look as adorable as mine. Thank you!! 😊😊😊👍

I Love this place!! I have been taking my dog there for over 8 years. Amazing how well they always do with her. I live on the Westside of El Paso and drive all the way to Northeast. The staff is super friendly. I know my dog is in good hands with them. Love that it is open and you can see them groom the animals. If I could give them 100 stars ⭐️ I would. Thank you for always take care of my Ariel and choco ❤️🐶

My boys have been a regular at Classy Pet Cuts for the past 8 years & the place has never have disappointed. The staff is professional, very accommodating & so friendly! That kind of consistency isn’t found everywhere. BE SURE TO SET AN APPT because they are ALWAYS super packed! Be prepared to leave your fur baby there for a long time WITHOUT an appointment if you’re walking in. Even walking in, you’d be lucky to have an available kennel for that day.
