My beautiful baby girl is getting a nice bath. Very nice place. I always take her and she gets royalty treatment, they even gave her diamond earrings. My Beautiful Baby Diamond 💎 She gets the best soapy bath. Her ears cleaned her teeth brushed and they even put glued on earrings for her at my request because her name is Diamond. She deserves the best because she is the best. Most of all they have affordable prices and they even have military discounts for active or veterans. The best part of all they have cameras so you can watch your dogs get the special treatment they deserve So they don't feel they're alone. And from what I hear, they also have a mobile pet wash now too. So you can ask them about that. They can come to you instead of you going to them and it's very affordable. You should always treat your dog like they are your children. And of course you want the best for them too. So I give her the best because she is my child. They have all the services you need for your doggies Or if you want to wash your own pet, you can do it there. It's affordable too with their pet wash station that they have for anybody that wants to wash their own dog. 💎💛💗💯😎🇷🇺

Absolutely LOOOOVED IT! The lady who greeted us at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. They were busy that day but she made room and time for my fur baby. He looked and smelled amazing afterwards and they even have a little setup for photos. The price was right and we'll definitely be back😊🐶

First-time customer! I randomly stumbled across Bibis while driving by. It'd been a few months, and I finally decided to call. The lady on the phone was very helpful and kind. Provided prices and information. It's at a walk-in basis as long as they are open for the Self-Service wash. Luckily, it was just us that morning. It took about 25 minutes from setup, wash, and dry for my pug. They hand you a basket of all the basics, soap, towels, and hair brush. Extras are the room as needed. Very organized and efficient. I will definitely keep coming back and sharing with other pet owners who are looking for a place. Very unique in NE El Paso!

We had a good experience with our Goldendoodle here. My 1 year old is brave and very active, and not the easiest to wash or groom. Trust me, we do it most of the times at home. Time wise was reasonable from start to finish. But where I have a problem is paying $80+ to have a wash and a groom. Please don't misunderstand, they did a good job, but the cost is wildly out of proportion to what I feel is fair.
