Hounds Town Massapequa

Buffy S. Has been going to Houndstown since August and she is always happy to go and see the kind people there. They take great care of her and I use them for both day care and boarding. It’s wonderful to have a place you can trust with your pet.

Houndstown Massapequa is an amazing place to bring your dog. We bring our dog Milo there once a week, and he couldn't be happier to go. The staff are all nice and great to work with. I recommend bringing your dog here to socialize for a day or if you need to board them for a weekend getaway.

Hound town is the best!! I take my dog (Luna M) for daycare and boarding and it’s amazing every time. I get so nervous to leave my baby overnight, but they text me back almost immediately and send so many pictures and updates throughout the day that I don’t even have to worry!! And they’re always holding fun events for the dogs with flavored pup cups.

I absolutely love taking my dog Daisy to Hounds Town every week! The staff is so kind, friendly, and truly treats her like one of their own. Daisy is a 1-year-old puppy with tons of energy, and bringing her here has completely changed her for the better. She’s happier, calmer at home, and always so excited when we pull into the parking lot! The team goes above and beyond to make sure every dog feels safe, loved, and has the best time. I feel so confident leaving her here knowing she’s in such great hands. Highly recommend Hounds Town to anyone looking for a place where their pup will be cared for, socialized, and adored! 🐾💛

So I get my dog groomed/washed yesterday get him home notice his eye is irritated I call and bring him back groomer looks at it says maybe hair/eylashes.. wake up today to a closed green eye pus coming out and crusty.. sent pics to groomer and called hounds town they TELL ME OH MAYBE SOAP and if I bring him to vet they WILL NOT PAY CHARGES ONLY PAY IF VET GIVE HIM EYEDROPS and if so MY DOG IS NO LONGER ALOUD TO GO THERE .. ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MINDS.. you injured my dogs eye but NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS. And to tell me from JEN the owner we r no longer aloud there groomer or daycare.. nice company you guys run hounds town….. EXCUSE ME JENN I DIDNT NOT HANG UP WHEN I WAS TALKING TO CAMILLE and I surely did Not go back to say I’m writing a bad review I went back to see ur groomer and she brought Duke in back to clean his eye and look at it.. and I didn’t say I spoke to YOU JENN and no one told me you were at a memorial JENN they said u would get back to ME which u didn’t you decided to write back on my review which is highly unprofessional for a boss you should CALL your client when something like this happens. A bath would not do this to an eye and have green pus come out that’s an infection , if u look carefully at the pics I posted. I luv your groomer stuff happens its HOW YOU are going about this which again is very unprofessional. I should have listened to others that stopped going because of situations that wasn’t handled correctly and professionally.
