I took my Shih Tzu Mia for the first time and she came out looking beautiful. She is 8 years old and I have to say it’s the best cut she has ever had. I highly recommend this grooming salon, as from the first phone call to when we picked her up they were so friendly and very professional. They have found a new customer and will be bringing my Mia there from now on.

Luis did an amazing job grooming my dog! He was gentle, patient, and clearly knew what he was doing. My dog’s haircut came out clean, even, and exactly how I wanted it. You can tell he really cares about the animals he works with. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Luis!

This place is great! Made my puppy look so great and smells amazing. They are also very friendly and kind. You can tell they love the pups. Highly recommend.

The experience here was great start to finish, they took amazing care of my anxious dog and left us with some extras on top (and not just a few treats a better fitting harness for my smaller dog than what he came in with!) Everyone starting with Sara at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful, you can tell they all truly love dogs. We will definitely be back for anything we need done in the future. Hands down the best grooming experience I’ve ever had! Bones Bath & Beyond in Massapequa is truly a gem. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the kindest front desk staff—especially the lady at the front who is always so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly informative. She takes the time to update you on everything: how your dog did with the groomers, how they interacted with other dogs, what services were done, and how to care for them afterward. What really sets this place apart for me is how happy my dogs are when they come out. They always smell amazing, look great, and—best of all—there's little to no shedding afterward! Shedding is a big concern for me, and I can honestly say their de-shedding service is beyond perfect. You can tell the staff takes their time to make sure every dog is thoroughly groomed with love and care. The space itself is roomy, spotless, and comfortable. It’s clear that the dogs are handled with true compassion. Even though this location is a bit out of my way, it is 100% worth the trip. I recommend it to everyone I know with a furry friend.
